I’ve built and managed web sites using several other tools— including Movable Type, WordPress, and Blogger —but Textpattern offers a combination of simplicity, flexibility, and ease of use that I haven’t found anywhere else. Textpattern is free and open source, and has a vital and resourceful developer community.
